Every installation follows the same sequence: site measure, material selection, subfloor check, then the build. These are the points that decide whether the floor holds up in daily use, not just in photos.
Moisture levels, levelness, and existing structure are checked first. A floor laid on a damp or uneven base will fail regardless of the wood grade, so this step is non-negotiable.
Wide planks suit open living areas, while narrower boards handle corridors and kitchens with more joints. We walk the room with you and explain how each option behaves under foot traffic.
Matte finishes hide scratches in family homes; satin works better for retail spaces that need easy cleaning. Stain samples are tested on your actual boards before the final coat goes down.
Wood needs to settle in the room for several days before installation. We book that time in advance so the planks do not shrink or expand after they are fixed in place.
Herringbone, chevron, and custom inlays are mapped on paper first. You see the pattern and the waste estimate before a single board is cut, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Each project ends with a care sheet: which cleaners are safe, how often to reapply finish, and what to do about spills. The floor keeps its look because you know how to look after it.
